JEFKAY Productions

JEFKAY Productions was formed in 1995 by musicians Simon Jeffery and Doug MacKay to release their own material, on vinyl and cassette. Over the years various projects sprung up, most recently STONE SAMURAI.

Writing, performing, recording, producing and mixing, the roster of bands and side projects expanded. From the alternative rock/post punk sounds of late 80’s early 90’s band TYPE, now reformed in 2023, followed the mid 90’s low-fi POPULAR PARROT, CELEBRITY DOOM CULT, DYNAMITE DOGZ and the pop rock of THE FREE RADICALS. With the current alternative rock/metal/post rock/electronic indie sounds of STONE SAMURAI, JEFKAY Productions has an array of musical experience.
